A. We are Leather wise

• The quality of our product depends largely on the quality of its leather.
• So we have our own state – of – the art tanning unit in Calcutta.
• With a capacity of over 100000 sq.ft. of leather per month.
• Providing you with a leather quality that confirms to the International Standards of being PCP and azo-free.
• Leather types that we work on goat, sheep, buffalo & cow.
• Offering you the following finishes:

• Cow vegetables – Leather produced using nature, friendly technology of vegetable extracts instead of chrome powder. Similar to the Italian Leathers this may be milled cow veg or plain cow veg in look.
• Cow Nappa – Nappa means soft, leather is soft and smooth to touch.
• Cow Glazed – Glazed is based on protein finish to give the leather a natural look.
• Cow oil pull up – A Semi Chrome leather with a natural break and smooth touch.
• Cow DD
• Cow DD / DM
• Cow Antique

Many of these finishes are possible in goat, sheep, buffalo or cow leather.

• Ask for any color shade and it will be yours! Besides, our experience shows that colors generally preferred are black, brown, cognac, burgandy.
• Please note that there might be a slight color variation.
• It’s mainly due to the variation in the size of hides, leading to unequal absorption of color chemicals.
• On request, we export leather from Italy & Portugal.
• Our production capacity is 8000 ladies bags,/month and 40,000 small leather goods per month.

To maintain international standard, world class accessories – An Absolute Must! How do you go about it?

A. We are accessory wise

• From cotton to satin, a range of lining available.
• If logo has to be embroidered on lining, minimum order required, 1000 mts.
• We ensure that dyes are azo-free.
• We ensure that dyes are azo-free.
• We provide you with the best quality zippers.
• If the need be, we can use the world class YKK zippers.
• Generally Indian antique fittings are preferred.
• On request, we can pamper you with fittings in nickel, golden or frosted finish that are procured directly from off-shore suppliers.
• If you want we can also make use of accessories supplied by you.

What’s new in your design-trove?

A. We are design wise.

• In our hi-tech design lab, our creative team continuously innovates developing new samples, constantly keeping pace with the latest fashion trends.
• Of course, your designs are always welcome.
• You may send us samples or e-mail / fax us your instructions.
• To introduce our product line to our prospective clients, we usually courier three piece-samples of wallets or two ladies bags at our own cost.
• Our official courier agents are TNT /DHL.

Brief us about your production schedules.

A. We are production & delivery wise

• Once our sample is approved for bulk production, you are in safe hands.
• Sixty per cent of our production process is automated to reduce manual flaws.
• If leather is in stock, we take four weeks for the entire production.
• Otherwise we need 45-60 days.
• We keep our customers informed regarding the position of his order on weekly basis.
• We follow up on the cargo till it reaches you.
• We hardly miss the deadline.

Does bulk production ensures quality?

A. Yes, ofcourse! We are quality wise!

• We have our special checking team to monitor the entire process. Right from procuring leather down to the packing stage.
• We always follow your instructions to the team.
• Reputed inspection agencies such as SGS INDIA / INSPECTORATE GRIFFITH INDIA have been impressed by our quality standards.

How competitive are you PRICEWISE !

A. Hundred percent !

• In most cases our products maintain such high standards that they surpass their prices.
• We come up with various attractive schemes for our buyers.
• We prefer to quote in US$, CIF by AIR, CIF by SEA only on request.
• We can give you an approximate price from any sketch or sample.

Pricing Breakup ?

A. Leather constitutes 60 – 70% of the cost.

• Hence product price depends mainly on the type of leather, its finish & its consumption in a particular item.
• Other factors include accessories used, ornamentation such as embossing done, workmanship.
• Moreover, quantity ordered largely influences the freight cost.

How much can we order?

A. If leather is in stock any number of pieces.

• In most cases, raw hide is to be procured and processed into finished leather.
• The minimum quantity of leather that can be processed in a "drum load" is 1500 sq.ft.
• Hence minimum order that you can place must match this "drum load" quantity.

Q. What would be your Payment mode?

A. We work on L / C or D / P at sight i.e. delivery against payment or advanced TT payment.
